Our Beginnings
All Seasons Corporation was founded in 1981 by H. Ray Slye. What started as a commitment to delivering honest, high-quality commercial cleaning services has grown into one of the DMV region's most trusted facilities service companies — now maintaining 76 active locations and employing 143 field professionals across Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland.
For over four decades, All Seasons has operated on a simple philosophy: do the work right, communicate clearly, and treat every client like a long-term partner. That commitment has earned us relationships that span years and buildings that keep coming back.
We are proud to be a family-owned business. Ray and Judi Slye remain actively involved in the company today, and their values — accountability, responsiveness, and pride in the work — define everything we do.
