Who We Are
All Seasons Corporation was founded in 1981 by Ray Slye and has spent over four decades building lasting partnerships with property managers, building owners, and commercial associations across the DC Metro region. We currently maintain 76 active locations with a team of 143 dedicated field employees — providing responsive, consistent, and professionally managed service at every site.
Every client relationship at All Seasons is managed directly by company leadership — not handed off to an anonymous call center. Our bilingual management team ensures seamless communication and execution at every location. We bring the accountability of a family business with the operational capacity of a regional company.

Our Services
We provide a comprehensive range of janitorial and facilities services, customized to meet the specific needs of each building we serve. All work is performed by our own trained, uniformed, and supervised staff — never subcontracted.
Contract Janitorial Services — nightly or daytime, 5 to 7 days per week
